The Nation of Order formed after many conservatives in the northern part of The Second Free States felt increasingly marginalized by the commercialization of traditions and very liberal politics of TSFS, which it critisized further from the right.
The Second Free States was weakened by the recent riots in the southwest, and the government thus lost complete control of the region which formed The Nation of Order, including a large part south of what The Nation of Order initially came to control.
